We advise employees who are on performance improvement plans or who are concerned that they will lose their job. We handle wage and hour claims, including overtime pay claims. We represent employees in failure to promote and equal pay claims.

We advocate for executives in the terms of the employment contracts and in the terms and conditions of their transition from their companies. We review and advise on severance agreements and handle severance negotiations.  We represent employees in failure to promote and "glass ceiling" cases.

We don’t handle divorce cases or real estate closings or worker’s compensation matters. We handle only employment law matters and we work hard to protect our client’s careers, wages and reputations.
